Step 1: Use this tool (Chrome browser only)

For the record, this is a free tool and I’m not associated to this tool in anyway.

It is an addon found in Chrome store (click here to download).

I tested this tool on 12th November 2018 to bulk unfollow on Twitter …

And it worked like charm.

The only way for this addon to work is when you login to your Twitter account using the Chrome browser.

P.S. This bulk unfollow Twitter tool doesn’t require you to share the login and password to it (so no worries!)

Head over to your Twitter follower’s tab (click on ‘Followers’) and finaly, click on the addon button on the top right of your Chrome browser.

Here’s where the magic happens.

Once you click on the addon icon, there will be a few alerts popping up including:

Reminder not to unfollow too many people (to avoid temporary Twitter ban)
Once the process starts, you cannot undo the unfollows
You shouldn’t touch or messy around the browser until the whole process ends
The only way to STOP the process is to hit the ‘refresh’ button on Chrome (or F5)

Also, it is important to remember that this bulk unfollow Twitter tool will unfollow everyone on your list.

There is no option to whitelist a specific account or follower from being unfollowed.
